I received a 15% rate increase on my auto policy for this new 6-month cycle and have had no accidents and no changes to my policy. I could understand a match of inflation at 6%, but to use the pandemic to profit another 9% off of me not costing them any money last year is ridiculous and pretty much off principle alone I will not be renewing my policy next cycle.

GEICO cancelled our auto-payment without notifying us. I didn’t notice that the payment hadn’t been drafted until 2 weeks after the due date, so I called to find out why and GEICO told me they cancelled our policy due to lack of payment, but they are the ones that cancelled the payment. We paid the late fee, and then the lady told us that the only way we could restart our policy was to pay it in full! We asked her to work with us since we didn’t know that they turned our auto-pay off, and let us make payments, and her response was sorry!!! 😒😔

I should have come here five months ago, since I move into Zavannah... I meet Mr. Will he really took care of me, I walk in expecting a very expensive insurance cover, since it's what I been paying for almost a year because of the car I have, he manage to get me a lower monthly payment, in a more convenience and affordable way, immediately created a connection with me and my 3 years old son, run my quote and add couple more benefits and discounts that I really need. Took me more than what I expected, just because I was really please with the service provide and he breakdown my policy coverage in a very professional matter, the front desk agent, was polite and courteous and welcome us with a huge smile, definitely I'm happy that I came and highly recommend this place.

I have Geico and was in my 1st ever accident. The person who hit me also had Geico. I was told this would make things easier & go smoother. WRONG!! Initially they were quick to contact me & get the ball rolling. Since I've dropped off my car to the shop I have not heard from anyone other than the car rental people telling me after two weeks that my rental needed to be returned after I was told by Geico I would have it up to 30 days. I was in my accident on the 11th of August, that was not my fault. I have never been in an accident before so I wasn't sure how things work or what to expect. Everyone I've talked to have told me that my experience is not how things are supposed to be handled. I have now been without a vehicle for a week and there is no sign of when I will be getting my car back & I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I called the 800 number & was old a wait for over 30 min before I was hung up on & called back tomwait almost another 45 min & was disconnected. I've spent so much money on Uber (I have a 1 year old) and getting rides. I just want someone to communicate with me what is going on so I have some kind of idea. Super Frustrated!!
